Lily Turner

Lily joined MSV in 2021.

What does your day to day job involve?

I plan and coordinate all the MSVT car and bike track days at all six MSV circuits across the country. This can range from our complete novice only days to specialised exclusive events, the variety makes no two days the same. MSVT is based at Brands Hatch, however I am lucky enough to be able to work closely with the teams at our other circuits and the pool of car and bike instructors who provide their experience and knowledge to our customers daily.

What’s your favourite thing about working at MSV?

The people. I look forward to coming into work everyday because of my team and the people I work with. The interdepartmental relationships are really strong within MSV and I know that I can go to any of my co-workers for help or guidance. No day is the same, it is exciting to experience new challenges and to have the hustle and bustle of an active track outside of your window is thrilling. 

What’s your favourite event?

My favourite event that I have attended so far is World SuperBikes. The atmosphere was great and the races / different activities to do, were so much fun!
